Cancellation Policy - Reiki Courses

The courses are limited to a small number of participants, to allow for a more personal, intimate & safe experience.

The cancellation policy and terms are in place to offer clarity and state the participant’s rights in the event of an unexpected cancellation or unforeseen change. The terms below are between Salla’s Reiki Jungle and the registered course participant.

Payments for Courses

• Up until one week before the course start date - you can cancel your participation without any costs. For courses which start on a Saturday, you have until midnight on the Friday one week before to cancel.

• Between 7 days and 3 days before the course start date - you can transfer your participation to a different date. For courses which start on a Saturday, you have until midnight on the Tuesday before to make this change.

• For cancellations within 72 hours before the course start date - your participation is binding and full course fee will be charged.

General Terms

• Under unforeseen circumstances, and in the unlikely event that a course or event needs to be cancelled, any fee or deposit that has been paid already will be fully refunded.

• If flights/ accommodation are required, it is advised that the participant take out insurance when buying tickets, to cover any unlikely event, or any other event where they would need to cancel attendance. 

• Course participants understand that they are responsible for their own personal safety, personal property, and wellbeing during attendance.
