Are you interested in learning more about Reiki & becoming a channel for this Universal life-force-energy to holistically support yourself, others, even plants and animals? Anyone can become a Reiki channel and learn Reiki. You just need curiosity, an open heart and mind. If you feel the pull, I’d be delighted to guide you and teach you more about Reiki.

During the 2-day-course I share the knowledge that has been passed down through a lineage of Reiki Masters, a lineage that eventually links us back to the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho – Usui Mikao Sensei. I also share my own learnings through my experiences and my journey as a Reiki Master and practitioner. The course is a blending of theoretical learning, discussions and practical training, with the opportunity to work together and practice with other participants of the course.

In this first level you learn the technique for sharing Reiki with yourself and others, including people, plants, animals, food, spaces and crystals. During the course the will be an opportunity to practice giving a Reiki session to another person.

During the course you will receive an 'attunement', which is a traditional initiation into working with Reiki. It is a tuning ritual, enabling you to connect to this frequency of energy for the rest of your life. It is like opening a channel or an energetic pathway in you for Reiki, universal life-force energy, to flow through you.

After completing the course it is advised that you undertake a 21-day self-cleansing and healing period, by giving yourself a Reiki self-treatment each day for 21 days.

I’d like to emphasize that learning Reiki is not a checklist to tick away, but rather a start of a journey of exploration, where plenty of time to integrate and practice is essential.
